PLANNING SERVICE

We can undertake a full range of planning services from small one off programmes to fully integrated programmes for major construction projects and on-going maintenance schedules using a range of software including Asta PowerProject, Primevera, MSP Project and numerous CMMS packages:

MEP Construction Planning

We will undertake MEP planning for the full life cycle of the Project from the Bid/Tender stages through Construction and Commissioning or any individual stages of the project. Areas of expertise include Residential, Commercial and Laboratories.

Oil, Gas & Petro Chemical Construction

Provision of Mechanical, E,C&I and Fabrication planning covering Bid / Tender, Construction and Commissioning.

Oil, Gas & Petro-Chemical Turnaround Maintenance

We provide Planning Services for plant Turnarounds, including Planning, Scheduling and Production of Job Prep Packs, Work Flow & BOMs. Also on-going Maintenance Planning.

Maintenance Regimes & CMMS Packages

We are able to set up Maintenance Regimes using information such as existing plant history, OEM recommendations and RBI/RCM data. Identifying the correct CMMS system which best suits the clients’ needs and population of the system with equipment and maintenance periods from the OEM recommendations & plant history.

CONSTRUCTION COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT & QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICE

We provide Contract Services specialising in Mechanical and Electrical commercial management through the entire life of a Project from the development and cost planning to Final Accounts stages including Loss and Expense Claims; advising contractual position and the rights and obligations of the parties. We also offer a retention and aged debt recovery service on projects.

TRAINING SERVICE

We can undertake training in general planning issues or in individual software packages such as Asta PowerProject, Primevera and MSP Project.

CAD DRAFTING SERVICE

Providing CAD drawing and design services to a range of different clients from a single drawing mark-up through to small project.
